Our Mission

Calliope Massage is a consulting service dedicated to bringing Trauma Informed Care principals to touch based businesses in order to improve the efficacy and inclusivity of their practices.

How can Calliope Massage help?

Building a community

I started Calliope Massage as a body positive, queer-friendly, trans*-affirming, trauma-informed practice to fulfill a role in the community. 

While supporting massage therapy clients through one-on-one work was rewarding, my goal is to effect change on a greater scale. I see an opportunity to empower professionals and students in massage therapy, physical therapy, and chiropractic care to view their work through a trauma-informed lens. 

Our clients shouldn't have to search for a specialist, but come to expect this approach as foundational to our work.
